Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Spanish Customer Service

Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Specialist supporting HSN, you will answer inbound customer calls, problem‑solve and de‑escalate unique situations, promote products, and improve sales while maintaining a high‑paced call volume. The position is fully remote and requires candidates to reside in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Spanish and English speaking customers.
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries throughout the day.
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
- Personalize the experience for each caller, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- Report to a Customer Service Supervisor.
- Maintain opportunities for advancement and upward mobility across QVC Group.
- Provide a distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment.
- Have 12 months or more of customer service experience.
- Learn and work in a virtual environment.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of styles.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens.
- Follow HSN computer system requirements.
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
Base pay is $15.00 per hour with a $0.60 bilingual differential for Spanish‑English speaking candidates. Additional shift differential and incentives apply where applicable.
