We are looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Rep who is passionate about helping people and providing exceptional service. You will be the face of our agency, working directly with customers to ensure their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism. At Allstate

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Requirements
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience:

    At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance setting.
  • Active Property and Casualty license is a plus
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Professionalism:
    Exhibit a friendly and pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and provide exceptional customer service by effectively resolving inquiries and addressing customer needs with a positive attitude.
  • Assist clients with policy information, including explaining coverage options, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Support clients with the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience by collecting necessary information and submitting required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints using established procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and superior customer service across all departments.
  • Review and resolution of all home inspections
