QVC Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist supporting HSN. This remote role requires Georgia residency and involves answering inbound calls, solving problems, de-escalating unique situations, promoting products, and handling a high-paced call volume.
You will assist both Spanish and English speakers, manage refunds and payments, place orders, and analyze account data while reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor. Weekend and holiday hours may be required.
