True Manufacturing is seeking a Warranty Customer Service Account Coordinator to manage parts and labor warranty requests for the US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and parts of the Americas. The role is office-based with on-site requirements and up to one remote day per week as business needs allow.
Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, verifying warranties, tracking shipments, and entering claims in our warranty system. Collaboration and timely problem-solving are essential.
