Allstate Agency – Strongsville, OH (Hybrid Work Schedule Available - up to 3 days at home)
Compensation- $47,000 base salary + commission & performance bonuses
- Total compensation up to $67,000 annually
The Partner’s Group Allstate Agency is a top-performing, fast-growing agency, coming off a record-breaking year. We are looking for a professional, client-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term client relationships
—while also identifying opportunities to better protect clients through coverage recommendations.

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients (phone and in-person)
- Assist with policy changes, payments, and general account support
- Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity
- Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on additional protection options
- Provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist the sales team with client follow-up and administrative support
Required Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty License OR willingness to obtain
- 1–3 years of customer service or insurance experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling a high volume of client interactions
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in-office (hybrid flexibility available after training)
- Insurance agency or industry experience
- Experience in a high-volume call environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
