Compensation
  • $47,000 base salary + commission & performance bonuses
  • Total compensation up to $67,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients (phone and in-person)
  • Assist with policy changes, payments, and general account support
  • Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity
  • Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on additional protection options
  • Provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
  • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist the sales team with client follow-up and administrative support
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Property & Casualty License OR willingness to obtain
  • 1–3 years of customer service or insurance experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of client interactions
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in-office (hybrid flexibility available after training)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance agency or industry experience
  • Experience in a high-volume call environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
