Position: Customer Service Representative [FT - Work From Home]

Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat;
Maintain customer records and accurately process orders and payments;
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with setting up and troubleshooting equipment;
Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns;
Utilize product knowledge and resources to effectively communicate information and promote products and services;
