The Cigna Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Express Scripts to work remotely. You will answer inbound calls from members, providers and pharmacies about PBM benefits and mail-order pharmacies, handling about 70–80 calls daily.
You will toggle through several applications, attend trainings, and aim for one-call resolution. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and teamwork are essential to deliver excellent service.
