WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Medicare Customer Service Rep to respond to telephone inquiries from medical providers about Part A and Part B, educate on coverage, claims, and self-service options.
Training is full-time for five weeks CST, followed by a 100% remote work arrangement in approved states; preferred candidates have Medicare or call center experience and familiarity with MCSDT, FISS, CWF, SNAP, PECOS, OnBase, MAS, and CRM.
