Working remotely, the Scheduling Outreach Specialist will make outbound calls to schedule patient appointments for healthcare practices, utilizing tools like the Five9 dialer while adhering to call center performance metrics.
Key responsibilities- Place outbound calls to schedule patient appointments for various care needs
- Follow standardized scripts and workflows to ensure consistent patient interactions
- Document call activity and outcomes in real time using Five9 and internal tracking tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of call center experience, including at least 1 year in an outbound or patient outreach role
- Experience using Five9 or similar outbound dialer platforms
- Familiarity with EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
