About the Role

We are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives (Viewer Experience Advocates) to join a high-performing team supporting a major global streaming platform. In this role, you will handle viewer inquiries via phone and chat, providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless streaming experience.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment.

This position is 100% onsite for the first 90 days. After conversion, employees may be eligible for remote work based on performance and meeting home‑office technical requirements.

Responsibilities

+ Assist viewers via phone and chat with:

+ Account and billing questions

+ Basic troubleshooting and streaming issues

+ Content inquiries

+ Navigation of apps and websites

+ Recommend appropriate streaming products during each interaction

+ Navigate multiple systems and tools

+ Document all viewer interactions accurately

+ Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment (50-70 contacts per day)

+ Adapt to changing priorities and product updates

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED (required; must be provided for onboarding)

+ At least 1 year of customer service experience

+ Preference for call center experience

+ Must pass a Call Center Telephone Skills assessment

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency in Windows OS, Google Docs, MS Word & Excel

+ Fast typing and excellent computer navigation skills

+ Familiarity with streaming platforms and devices

+ Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules

+ Comfortable working holidays, weekends, and during major televised events

+ Training Schedule (Onsite Only):

+ Weeks 1-4:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

+ Weeks 5-14 (On-the-job Training):
Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm

+ Permanent shifts generally fall between 12pm-9pm

+ Must work weekends and holidays due to the on-demand nature of streaming services

+ Attendance is critical - no schedule changes or planned PTO during the contract period

Remote Work Eligibility After Conversion

To qualify for fully remote work after converting to full‑time:

+ Must live within 30 miles of the San Antonio office

+ Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace

+ Home internet speeds must be 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up

+ Must be able to come onsite as needed for equipment or performance support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
