National General Insurance, an Allstate Company, is hiring a FNOL Associate II to be the first point of contact for customers reporting auto or home claims. You will capture loss details, explain the process, and route calls to the correct teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role includes six weeks of paid training, with initial hours 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
EST, moving to 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. EST after training, and weekend rotation.
