Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Russian and English language skills are needed to ensure the execution of partnership agreements with clients. Also, English language skills are required for working with colleagues abroad and related companies, internal documents, systems, and programs.

Join Transcom Latvia as a customer service and sales specialist! Your job responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls in Latvian and Russian,
• Helping customers find solutions and providing answers to their questions,
• Presenting the most suitable offers to customers,
• Working in shifts - 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
  
  Working hours:
  
  on working days 7:00-22:00, Saturday-Sunday 9:00-17:00. Holidays - off.

What we are looking for:

• Willing to learn new skills and quickly adapt to changes,
• Can attend training for the first three weeks from 9:00-17:30 (remotely),
• Prioritize customers and always be ready to help others,
• Fluent in Latvian and have good Russian language skills (spoken and written).
