Wholesale Inventory Specialist II. Management Level: Individual Contributor. Flexible Work Optional:
Hybrid, with remote work allowed part of the week. Travel: 50% of the time. Compensation:
Hourly base pay ranging from $26.44 to $39.71 per hour, potentially supplemented by commission or incentive programs. The role requires onsite presence at an auction location at least twice per month and visits to dealerships within the assigned territory at least four times per month. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Yonkers, Manhattan, or White Plains, NY.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions.
- Provide guidance and recommendations based on industry insights and product knowledge to meet client needs and foster long‑term partnership.
- Collaborate closely with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams to deliver a unified client experience.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal business units, ensuring responsive follow‑through and problem resolution from start to finish.
- Coordinate efforts to address client needs, exceeding expectations and adapting to diverse tasks for client satisfaction.
- Employ a consultative approach to discuss dealers’ sales performance, using industry trends, vehicle valuation data, and market insights for strategic recommendations.
- Coach clients on effective use of company tools and educate them on marketplace policies to ensure compliance and success.
- Prioritize tasks, maintain professionalism, and address customer care issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience.
- Alternate qualification: a higher degree or certification beyond high school, plus 5 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and prior experience as a Wholesale Specialist.
