Second Harvest Heartland is seeking a Neighbor Services Outreach Advisor to strengthen ties with community organizations and counties to boost SNAP enrollment and utilization. This full-time role centers on outreach, relationship-building, and connecting neighbors to food resources.
You’ll provide direct assistance to eligible individuals, both in-person and virtually, and support SHH’s Care Center by handling calls across multiple channels. Travel up to 75%.
