Responsibilities
- Provide support for claims by handling a large volume of claims calls and emails
- Open new claims, thoroughly and accurately collect, and review all claim documents
- Verify all requirements have been met and provide claim status updates
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Carry out key administrative duties as assigned by management
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- Follow a hybrid work schedule; work from home on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and onsite on Monday and Wednesday
- Attend initial training onsite Monday through Thursday
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience within the automotive, insurance, or auto financing industry
- Proven ability to multi‑task and handle interruptions
