Customer Service Representative – Norwalk, CA
Remote, Full‑time.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, self‑driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day to provide outstanding service and product knowledge.
Duties- Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
- Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
- Accept customer calls and return calls.
- Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
- Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
- Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
- Work from home full time.
- Receive weekly pay plus earned bonuses.
