Patient Scheduler position to support a leading healthcare provider network. This role begins with 100% onsite training ensuring you have the tools and knowledge needed for success. After completing training and consistently meeting attendance and performance expectations, employees may become eligible for a work-from-home schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established scheduling procedures and departmental policies.
- Communicate appointment details, requirements, and instructions to patients.
- Maintain and update electronic patient records and case information in a timely manner.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication with patients, coworkers, and leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support different departments as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, problem‑solve effectively, and remain professional in challenging situations.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Contract to Hire position based out of Warren Park, IN 46219.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
