Call Center Representative

Scope Services is seeking a responsible, customer-oriented Call Center Representative to handle appointment scheduling and support customers with their inquiries or concerns. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and update customer accounts
• Provide clear information and handle questions with patience and empathy
• Meet call quality and productivity goals
• Work independently in a quiet home office

• Responsible, self-directed, and able to work independently
• Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
