Technical and Customer Support Specialist (M/W/D) - KFZ-Meister

Working Hours:
40 Hours Permanent Position
Do you want to combine your experience in the workshop and customer service to take it to the next level? Then support us in customer care and technical backoffice. You will be responsible for processing customer and dealer inquiries, especially in the context of the growing electric vehicle portfolio, efficiently and of high quality.
- Processing customer inquiries in the customer care environment
- Technical support for the dealer network (backoffice)
- Analysis and structured processing of technical inquiries by drive type (combustion engine / electric vehicles)
- Support with complaints and vehicle diagnostics
- Coordination between customers, workshops, manufacturers, and internal specialist departments
- Ensuring professional technical and commercial customer service
- Active contribution to improving customer and dealer satisfaction and customer retention

From day one
- Completed training as a automotive mechatronics technician, automotive technician master or comparable qualification with several years of experience in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and high-voltage technology (BEV/HV)
- Experience in processing customer inquiries, complaints, and vehicle diagnostics
- Secure handling of CRM and dealer management systems, knowledge of Audatex and DAT
- Very good MS Office skills
- Driving license class B
- Very good German and English skills
- Excellent communication skills, team skills, initiative
