Nelnet is seeking a Student Loan Servicing Associate to review and process customer accounts, research related information, and validate data in loan servicing systems. Eligible candidates must live within 60 miles of Lincoln, NE, Madison, WI, or Brownsville, TX and may work from home.
The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with loan servicing systems. Compensation is $16.50 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.
