uShip is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Operations team in a hybrid Austin setting. You’ll handle calls and emails, educate customers on our platform, and guide users to resolution with a proactive, unscripted approach.
You should be a clear communicator, detail-oriented, fast to learn, and able to stay calm under pressure while helping customers and mediating between buyers and service providers. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
