You will work from the comfort of your own home in a positive, people-first environment that values customers, coworkers, and community.
Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas.
Pay: Base rate starts at $15.75 per hour with potential to earn up to $18.25 per hour based upon automotive knowledge/education.
Schedule & Training: Regular full time, Monday–Friday 3:30PM – Midnight EST. Rotating Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off, including every other Saturday 9AM – 5:30PM EST. First 7 weeks of paid, remote on‑the‑job training scheduled Monday–Friday 12:30PM – 9PM EST. Overtime is required during peak times once training is complete.
Duties to be performed- Provide excellent customer service using company desktop application, Talkdesk.
- Handle inbound calls related to shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds and package tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Needed
- High‑speed cable Internet 25mb plan minimum (no DSL)
- Proficiency with Windows‑based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in using and navigating the Internet
- Answer calls in an upbeat, professional manner with customer satisfaction as the number one objective
- Strong initiative and motivation to succeed
- Ability to recognize customer needs and troubleshoot issues using all available tools
- Desire to learn minor technical details about vehicle systems
- Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism with customers and co‑workers
- Ability to follow instructions, respond to leadership direction, meet department standards, and strive to increase personal and team production
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient with computers and other desktop applications
- ASE certifications preferred
- Automotive knowledge and at least 2 years of automotive field experience preferred
