Humana Inc. is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to address inquiries from customers and providers, delivering accurate information and quality support.
After virtual training starting Aug 24, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST for eight weeks, shifts are Mon-Fri 8 AM–6 PM EST. This remote role may require occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
Eligible candidates have 2 years of customer service experience and a passion for improving consumer experiences.
