Sidekick is hiring a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to connect our supply chain, 3PL partners, and customers. You’ll spend roughly 60 - 70% of your time in operations (order flow, 3PL coordination, inventory, process improvement) and 30 - 40% in the customer service queue, surfacing patterns back into operational fixes.
