Humana Inc. is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to provide quality support to members and providers. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and written inquiries, resolving issues and documenting interactions with accuracy.
The role includes a training period starting August 24, with virtual sessions 8am–4:30pm EST for eight weeks, followed by a Monday–Friday shift 8am–6pm EST. Some travel to Humana offices may be required.
