Amazon is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Associate for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role. The position is work from home in the United Kingdom, with a start date of 7 September 2026 (subject to change) and a 40-hour workweek.
You will be the first point of contact for Norwegian and British customers via phone, chat and email, resolving inquiries, preventing issues, and delivering clear solutions in both Norwegian and English.
