Gilder Search Group is seeking a Call Center Representative for a 100% remote role. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide accurate information, and guide customers through solutions while complying with policies. The shift is 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
Required skills include strong communication, professional phone etiquette, and computer literacy. Experience with knowledge bases and Boolean search is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus but not required.
