Concentrix is seeking a remote Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (English/Spanish bilingual) to assist customers with tech products from home. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software, and deliver world-class service in both languages.
You will work in a diverse global team, with training and career growth opportunities, and a schedule based on performance, operating 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Sunday.
