Job Title:
Call Center Agent – Patient Scheduling
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46219
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Start Date: 7/28/2026
Training: 6 weeks full onsite, then remote
Compliance: Vaccines required; drug test required
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of call‑center experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently.
- Comfortable conducting in‑depth dialogue on sensitive or confidential matters.
- Stable employment history; self‑motivated and career‑focused.
- Handle 60+ incoming calls daily.
- Schedule appointments, enforce case‑scheduling policies, and communicate appointment details.
- Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely and high‑quality manner under deadline pressure.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis.
Two virtual interviews: first with the hiring manager, second with the supervisor.
Compensation & BenefitsPay: $16.00 / hr (Contract‑to‑Hire)
