Overview
We are looking for professionals with excellent data entry skills, fast and accurate typing skills from a Call Center/Outbound calling in a financial environment.
Location:
Onsite roles in San Diego, CA 92108. Remote work possible based on key performance indicators after 3 consecutive months of ranking with 85% performance and 90% quality plus excellent attendance, behaviors, and professionalism record.
Duration: 9+ months with possibility of longer-term extensions
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)

- Collaborate with team while maintaining attendance and professionalism.
- 1 year of data entry experience
- 1 year of customer service experience, responding to customers/members
- Experience making outgoing calls in a financial environment
