As the first point of contact for our online customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience that reflects our company’s commitment to quality and well‑being. You will be responsible for providing accurate product information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
- Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner via our online live chat platform.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate information and guidance.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to help us improve our services and product offerings.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising on the quality of support.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e‑commerce environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- A patient, empathetic, and customer‑centric approach to problem‑solving.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is highly advantageous.
- A genuine interest in the wellness and hemp‑derived products industry is desirable.
