Maximus is actively hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project. You will handle customer care and enrollment services via phone, IVR, and web portals.
Onsite for Day 1, then hybrid/remote options after training, with paid training provided to ensure high levels of knowledge and professionalism. Responsibilities include assisting enrollees, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues while meeting QA and productivity metrics.
