Customer Service Representative – Various Positions

• Sales Order Management process, customer satisfaction and support, account reconciliation, and supporting the revenue stream of the company.
• Assists customers with transportation questions and concerns; schedules, modifies, and cancels reservations as requested; obtains and documents details of customer complaints and concerns; ensures all policies and procedures are followed.
• Serves as the first point of contact for individuals needing urgent assistance (Technical Support Representative).
• Delivers an exceptional in‑store experience by supporting sales and customer service efforts (Corporate‑store CSR).
• Manages customer interactions and ensures a seamless experience for clients (Capitol Coffee Systems).
• Focuses on new customer acquisition, while maintaining current accounts and customer relationships (direct‑marketing CSR).
• Handles inbound and outbound contact with customers, including phone calls, emails, and other communication channels (general Customer Service Representative).
• Designs and coordinates personalized trip experiences for individuals, families, and groups (Travel‑industry CSR).
• Provides one‑stop service to customers of rental car/tow companies while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations.
• Acts as a liaison, provides service information, and resolves any emerging customer issues (Team‑lead reporting).
