Job SummaryThe Virtual Assistant I supports ACC teams by fielding calls, texts, and emails; answering client questions; providing price quotes; scheduling home inspection appointments; and maintaining a high quality customer experience. You serve as the front desk and keep appointment calendars busy.
Responsibilities- Field incoming calls, texts, and emails for the assigned companies.
- Answer client questions, provide price quotes, and promote home inspections.
- Schedule appointments by entering details into booking software.
- Respond to general office correspondence (email, text, voicemail).
- Maintain accurate notes, data, and client information across multiple systems.
- Uphold company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to meet high quality standards.
- Demonstrate good judgment and decision‑making when no clear answer exists.
- Minimum 4 years in bilingual customer service roles.
- At least 2 years in Executive Assistant or equivalent roles.
- At least 2 years working remotely.
- Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in another language is required.
- Strong communication and language skills with accurate note‑taking and data entry.
- Proficient with standard software applications and web navigation.
- Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc.).
- Able to multitask across multiple systems, customer scenarios, and communication channels.
- Detail‑oriented, accurate, and committed to following SOP.
- Comfortable making decisions with limited guidance; empowered to use judgment.
- Excellent computer skills; will be on a computer for the entire shift.

Benefits and Compensation- Pay rate: $19.00 hourly (actual pay may vary by experience and location).
