Green Thumb is seeking a customer service representative to be the first voice in our Cannabis Wellness space. You will deliver empathetic support across chat, phone, and email, handling multiple conversations while guiding customers toward resolution.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work across several platforms. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
