The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) is seeking a part-time Student Assistant to join the Customer Assistance and Processing Unit (CAPU). You will provide friendly, timely customer service to students, parents, and the public, helping them learn about financial aid programs such as Cal Grant and Chafee Grant.
As a Student Assistant, you will answer calls, help process forms, and support the CAPU team under supervision.
