MSPCA-Angell in Boston seeks a Veterinary ER Technical Client Liaison. This full-time, 40‑hour role is hybrid remote with intermittent onsite training at Angell Boston; applicants must live within commuting distance and be available for a Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday schedule.
The ideal CVT has about 4 years in veterinary emergency and customer service. You will triage calls, advise on care paths, and collaborate with ER staff to guide clients and pets.
