Customer Escalations Representative (Hybrid)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Hybrid (1 week in office / 1 week remote after training)

First 30-60 days onsite

About the Role

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a team that handles complex customer concerns and escalated service requests within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving, de-escalating challenging situations, and providing exceptional customer support.

What You'll Do

+ Assist customers with escalated questions, concerns, and complaint resolutions.

+ Handle inbound calls from customers and internal partners regarding active complaint cases.

+ Gather information, investigate issues, and document cases accurately.

What We're Looking For

+ 2+ years of customer service experience handling escalated or complex issues.

+ 1+ year of banking, financial services, or related industry experience.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
