Position: Customer Service Advocate (FT - Work From Home)

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and providers;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our customer service system;
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of member concerns;
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance;
