Oscar Health is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This remote role (Georgia residents) reports to the Concierge Operations Manager and handles daily customer interactions and back-office tasks per SOPs.
The position pays $19.00 per hour, with potential $1.00 extra per hour after bilingual assessment; benefits and 15 days of vacation accrue monthly.
