Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes, skills, and qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment.
• Able to type at a minimum 25‑30 words per minute
• Able to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
• Punctual, with great attendance.
• Ability to multi‑task while maintaining efficiency and composure.
• Must be able to pass a post‑offer/pre‑employment background check.

Work from home requirements

• High‑speed fiber or cable internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download (Satellite or 5G Internet is NOT supported)
• Wi‑Fi connections ONLY
• Currently hiring in the following States:
  Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas

Shift availability needed

• Hours of availability between 8:00 am - 12:00 am ET
