Remote Customer Service Role
We're looking for candidates with great customer service skills to fill our Remote Customer Service role! This role is entirely remote and offers full-time or part-time hours with flexibility.
This full-time position offers flexible work hours and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles. You will work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection.
Responsibilities- Respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, and manage simple records and enter data.
- Receive incoming calls from customers calling for service, answer promptly, identify the customer, and provide support.
