Sidewinder Plumbing is hiring a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to help answer phones, schedule calls, and take care of our customers.

We are a local, family‑owned plumbing company looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people.

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule plumbing service appointments
• Enter customer information and job notes
• Communicate with customers and technicians
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Help keep the daily schedule organized
• Help with marketing
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Friendly and positive on the phone
• Reliable and on time
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Good with computers
• Able to multitask
• Calm and professional with customers
• Willing to learn our systems and process
• A team player

Customer service experience is preferred. Plumbing or home service experience is a plus, but not required.

Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends at this time
