Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database with any relevant information.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update our database with any relevant information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support when needed
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain positive relationships
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting
  • Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
  • Available to work full-time, including occasional weekends and evenings
