Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Baltimore, MD
Work Setup: Hybrid
Contract Length: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $18/hr W2 no benefits included
Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must have the flexibility to work from home while also reporting onsite as business needs require, including up to 5 days onsite when necessary.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. This 12-month contract opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about customer support, fluent in English and another language, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities- to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures in both English and the required second language.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, shipment tracking, and account-related support.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior representatives or management when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and service resolutions within internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on company products, processes, and customer service best practices.
- Support additional administrative duties, data entry tasks, and operational needs as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and a second language, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using email, chat, or customer management systems.
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative roles.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, order processing systems, or logistics support.
