As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions.
