Job OverviewCustomer Service Specialist supports QVC by handling inbound calls, problem‑solving, de‑escalating situations, and selling products while maintaining a high‑paced call volume.
Where You'll WorkThis remote position is open to candidates residing in South Carolina.
What You'll Do- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Promote additional products at each customer interaction.
- Personalize the experience for each caller.
- Confirm refunds, process payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
- Work a 40‑hour schedule, including at least one weekend shift.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
- 12 months or more of customer service experience.
- A distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment.
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
- Strong communication skills across various styles.
- Proficiency navigating multiple systems and screens.
- Compliance with QVC computer system requirements.
- Self‑troubleshooting technical problems, with IT support when needed.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
