As our Allstate Insurance Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our policyholders. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel valued and well-cared for, whether they’re calling with a question about their policy, needing to make a change, or seeking support. We offer a base pay of $70,000/year based on experience, candidates can make up to $100,000 this includes commission and bonus opportunities if they are motivated.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
- Educate policyholders on their insurance coverage and available services.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Personal Lines or P&C License required.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
