Job Duties /

Description:

Order entry via EDI into AS400 ERP System

Communication with customers via e-mail

Working with Microsoft Excel to build customer schedules

Working with customer portals to schedule order shipments/deliveries

Minimum Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3+ years in RELEVANT customer service role)

PROFICIENT & able to effectively work with MS Office (Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook)

Previous experience with EDI transactions required – AS400 ERP Experience a plus

Professional attitude

Self-motivated, ability to work remotely

Schedule:
9am - 6pm Central Time
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day (30 minute lunch)
