Harte Hanks, Inc. is seeking a Lead Development Representative - Spanish for a fully remote, regular full-time role in the US. You will provide inbound client support across phone, chat, and email, using both English and Spanish to assist customers with payroll services.
You should be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong customer-service and de-escalation skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient with CRM systems to document and route inquiries accurately.
